HOW CAN I TRUST SHOPPING ON THIS SITE?
MagickWorkings by WitchyMade is located in Sisters, Oregon. My first online shop opened on Etsy and is still open. I wanted to expand my business so next I launched this Shopify site. By Summer 2021 I will also be open for shopping on Amazon.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Your order is shipped within 24 hours UNLESS the item is back-ordered. I will always let you know if the item is in fact back-ordered and I'll ask you how you would like to proceed meaning I give you the option of canceling your order and being contacted to re-order when the item is back in stock.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT I ORDERED?
If you don't like what you ordered, or if you need to exchange for a different size or color OR if you just want to return an item because you went over your budget (yikes!) all you have to do is email me at firstname.lastname@example.org so I can take care of the issue.
I like my customers to be happy so the issue is always solved with your best interest at heart.
WHAT IF I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE?
I make exchanges super easy for my customers. Just email me at email@example.com so I can give you the easy steps to follow in order to exchange for a different size. No worries at all!
WHAT IF MY ORDER GETS STOLEN WILL YOU REPLACE IT?
Especially during the holiday season Porch Pirates are everywhere. On a few occasions a customer will not receive their order even though the tracking number says it has been delivered. This usually means it's been stolen.
If an order says it has been delivered, MagickWorkings by WitchyMade is no longer responsible for the fate of order once it has been delivered and is not obligated to replace the order.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?
Shit happens, right? If you see that the item or items you ordered are damaged take a photo immediately and send it to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. This documentation is just policy so I can replace the item.
WHAT IF MY ISSUE ISN'T ADDRESSED IN ANY OF THE QUESTIONS ABOVE?
One of the reasons my customers love my shop is sure, the products are amazing but it's also because they know they can message or email me and I'll get back to them very quickly.
